Good satellite internet service but billing is not so great
Good satellite internet service, but I have problems with online billing and billing not showing what my next bill amount due will be until the day its due, I dont like that, that needs to be fixed asap. There also have been payments taken from my card thats not the billing amount also when it comes to my ACP, also i was told by 3 different customer service reps 3 different bill amounts due when i signed up for ACP, and not one was correct. So each month on ACP, i was charged different amounts. So as it is now, I never know what my bill is going to be for until the day my payment goes through. Really the billing is crapy and needs a serious overhaul and update to correct the problems!
